Burton’s distribution giant Palletforce is holding a jobs fair to recruit experienced and apprentice fork lift truck drivers.
Jobseekers are being invited to Palletforce’s 400,000 sq ft hub in Centrum West to see what it would be like to work for the company, which distributes millions of pallets every year and has more than 100 depots throughout the UK and Europe.
The jobs fair is being held on Tuesday, September 17, from 6pm to 10pm at the Palletforce Hub, Callister Way, Centrum West, Burton-upon-Trent, DE14 2SY.
“This is a fantastic opportunity for people to join a winning team and work for a company that is continuing to grow and expand,” said Michael Conroy, Chief Executive at Palletforce.
“We are committed to providing a quality service for our customers and as such we want quality people on our team.
“At Palletforce we believe in providing an excellent working environment and training opportunities for our staff to support them to unlock their full potential.”
Palletforce is looking to recruit full and part time forklift truck drivers.
It is also seeking new intake for its in-house Fork Lift Truck Driving Apprenticeship Academy, which offers apprentices the chance to earn a fork lift truck driving licence, an NVQ in warehousing and storage and the possibility of a job with Palletforce.
