Portsmouth-based freight company Ferryspeed has expanded its fleet of vehicles following increased demand from both national and international customers.
The four new additions increase Ferryspeed’s dedicated Palletways fleet to a total of 15 vehicles, and bring the company’s total to over 400. These 18 tonne DAF Euro 5 curtain-sided trucks also offer considerable environmental benefits through lower emissions, meeting the more stringent Enhanced Environmentally-friendly Vehicle standard.
As the local representative for Palletways, the UK’s largest and fastest growing express palletised freight distribution network, Ferryspeed is responsible for the distribution of palletised freight to and from businesses located throughout the mainland PO postcode area. This high-volume, high-intensity service complements their core offering of ambient and temperature-controlled freight distribution from the UK to Jersey, Guernsey and the Isle of Wight.
