Available through both its Contract Hire and Vehicle Rental divisions, Burnt Tree’s new FleetForce tool provides the best-in-class fleet management suite of services, covering all operating platforms from PC, tablet and smart phones, enabling customers to benefit from the latest, up to date and real-time fleet information, whilst on the move and away from the office.

Announcing details of FleetForce, Mark Howell, Burnt Tree’s Contract Hire Director said, “Literally, at a touch of a button through its ‘App based’ connectivity, FleetForce pro-actively generates complete real-time vehicle fleet state of activity and performance, 24/7/365,  constantly monitoring a customer’s entire fleet across all disciplines, providing them with total peace of mind.”

Designed for small, medium and large fleets alike, FleetForce from Burnt Tree embraces all aspects of daily transport office requirements, management and legislative disciplines including fleet service and maintenance, fleet compliance, driver management, vehicle management and accident management.

“With Burnt Tree’s FleetForce programme, customers have an immediate and clear overview of the state of their total fleet, showing actual performance, using strict KPI measurements against real time operational requirements.  Fleet Force makes detailed analysis simple and easy, as a customer can effectively ‘drill down’ into any situation, highlighting specific issues and implementing remedies at the earliest stage,” commented Mark Howell.

As Mark Howell adds, “FleetForce is designed in such a way that it can be offered through a range of stand-alone APP services capable of providing management reporting for both owned and non-owned vehicles within a fleet, operating from single or multi depot national sites.”

FleetForce not only gives significant operating efficiencies but it also offers customers significant cost saving opportunities. Through Burnt Tree’s experienced Fleet Control Centre, the FleetForce operation provides all the necessary back office requirements of running a transport fleet, ensuring that all vehicles remain fully legal and fully compliant.

“With a FleetForce contract you get straight forward and transparent fleet budgeting for the duration of the contract, with no hidden extras or surprises,” said Mark Howell, “FleetForce  is a single port of call for intelligent, efficient fleet management. It is a unique, totally integrated, seamless and easy-to-operate fleet management tool that allows customers to manage their fleet much more efficiently and more cost effectively.”
