A binman had a lucky escape when a speeding car crashed into the back of his wagon while he was riding on the back. SmartWitness dash cam footage captured the binman’s dramatic escape.The footage shows a car recklessly speeding up to 53 miles an hour (86kph) in a heavily built-up area.

The driver slams on the brakes as a bin wagon pulls out into his path with the binman hanging on the rear of the truck.

He luckily avoids injury as the car clips the side of the bin wagon.

The video ends with the binman stepping down from the wagon and looking angrily at the car driver.
