Just Fleet insurance brokers has partnered with 3Sixty Fleet to utilise its innovative FleetWatch solution.
Just Fleet, the first dedicated motor fleet insurance broker to fit all vehicles with 3G accident cameras, have launched a risk management solution designed to help transport operators to improve road safety and reduce insurance costs.
The offering will combine proactive driver monitoring to identify areas of risk within the business along with post-accident intervention to support client claims and gain added insight into events.
Andrew Drewary, Consultant Accident Analyst for 3Sixty Fleet said: “This is an exciting partnership and we are looking forward to working with Just Fleet to provide this service to their clients. Our FleetWatch solution provides an exceptional amount of information to fleet operators both through monitoring normal driving behaviour and post-collision/incident analysis which fully explains why such incidents occur which are not always that obvious. This is the perfect fit for the Just Fleet risk management and road safety solution.”
3Sixty Fleet’s dedicated risk management team will provide post-collision/incident analysis via its ‘FleetWatch’ product. Using the 3G vehicle cameras Just Fleet have fitted to all its vehicles ,they will be able to give a clear understanding of who was at fault and whether anything could have been done differently to avoid the incident in future. This will ensure that fleet operators have a complete picture of any collision; incident or near miss.
This will provide improved road safety and a pro-active approach to fleet risk management which will drive down the fleet operators’ exposure to risk and insurance costs.
Ben Burford, Managing Director of Just Fleet commented: “This latest offering will enable our insurance clients to gain added insight into their fleet operation. Recent analysis of 3G vehicle camera footage found that 65 per cent of collisions were preventable, so our proactive monitoring will help identify potential areas of risk and allow clients to take steps to address these issues. However, when an incident does occur post-collision/incident analysis will provide complete understanding of what took place and why, to support the claims process and reduce associated costs.”
