The UK’s premier supplier of heavy-duty workshop solutions is helping Monmouthshire County Council’s highways department keep motorists on the move following the installation of a heavy-duty vehicle lift.
TotalKare has installed a heavy-duty four-post lift into the Council’s busy workshop, enabling the highways network management team to maintain its fleet of vehicles effectively and ensure maximum availability to tackle the issues associated with the seasonal cold weather ahead.
The electro-mechanical four-post lift is nine metres in length, able to lift 25,000kg and is supplied with lighting kit and 12,000kg jacking beam, incorporating an electronic self-alignment system.
Debbie Jackson, Fleet Manager for the Council, chose to invest in the lift after seeing it demonstrated on TotalKare’s stand at the recent Euro Bus Expo.
The lift was subsequently installed before Christmas and comes complete with a two-year call-out, parts and labour warranty and service contract, which guarantees two engineer visits per year in line with LOLER and PUWER requirements.
“We were delighted to be able to provide our Euro Bus Expo demonstration lift to Monmouthshire County Council,” said George Georgiou, Area Sales Manager for TotalKare.
“The nine-metre, 25,000kg four-post lift is a popular configuration for many of our customers. However, we are also able to provide four-post lifts in a variety of lengths and weight capacities to suit a range of applications, with surface or recess-mounting available too.”
Debbie Jackson concluded: “I was very impressed with the service, delivery and installation of the four-post lift from TotalKare.”
TotalKare, which is located in the heart of the West Midlands, is the UK’s number one supplier for heavy duty vehicle lifting solutions and aftersales care, providing four and two post lifts, training and a comprehensive suite of ancillary products.
