DAF Trucks’ all-makes parts brand, TRP, takes a prominent position at the CV Show later this month as its TRP-branded trailer will sit proud on the highly-sought-after roundabout position at the entrance to the NEC.
The truck and trailer combination, with the ‘Building Britain’ liveried DAF XF, will greet CV Show visitors, as TRP promotes its range of trailer, all makes parts and workshop consumables. The ramp-up in visibility coincides with the UK and European roll-out of new, dedicated TRP Shops, introduced to complement Parts availability through the existing DAF Dealer Network.

There are now 11 TRP shops strategically located throughout the UK and Ireland; the most recent in Irthlingborough, near Kettering. Plans are at an advanced stage to open a further five TRP Shops this year.

“These well-stocked locations are strategically located to provide even greater access to the TRP product range,” said Stewart Davies, Parts Marketing Manager at DAF Trucks. “The aim is to have the parts on-the-shelf for collection as well as offering regular parts van deliveries across a customer’s local area. Any parts not in stock,” he said, “can be ordered and with the PACCAR Parts Distribution Centre based at Leyland Trucks in Lancashire offering an overnight delivery service to TRP locations, so they can be with the customer the next working day.”

TRP Catalogue – ninth edition lands at CV Show

The ninth edition of the definitive TRP Catalogue was published late last year and will be available on the DAF Trucks stand at the CV Show. “Be aware,” warned Stewart Davies, “with over 75,000 parts in TRP’s ever-expanding range, the printed TRP Catalogue is a hefty tome! Customers can, however, collect a copy from their local DAF Dealer or order one on-line at www.TRPparts.com.
“For many,” he added, “the TRP e-Catalogue will be the ideal route to identifying and ordering parts on-line. With quick and easy parts identification for vehicles of all-makes, trailers and workshop consumables, and the ability to find your nearest TRP dealer, the e-Catalogue suits small and large fleets alike.”
